Athlete, Fan The Flame
Are you brave enough to pray Psalm 139 verses 23 and 24 to God today? Are you willing to let God into the depths of your heart? Are you willing to slow down and reflect on what is really in your heart? It isn't easy work and, it most definitely isn't for the prideful.
Praying scripture is one of the most effective ways to pray because you know you are praying God's will as you pray His very words back to Him. When we do this we know He will do what He says He will do. Are you ready to let God test your thoughts and reveal to you His ways? This is what we need if we want to live for an audience of One. We need to do this type of work with Jesus if we want our maximum motivation to be Jesus.
Psalm 139:23,24 "Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting."
Let Christ lead you and expose the motives of your heart.
