Athlete, Serve Someone
"But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must be the slave of everyone else. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many."

What do Chick-fil-la, The Ritz Carlton, Amazon, Lexus and Trader Joe's, to name a few all have in common? In recent years, these companies have been rated and ranked very high in customer service studies. They are among the top companies that try to have a culture that serves others well.
Well did you know that in Mark 10:35-45, Jesus started the trend and taught us what it really looks like to serve others? He actually points out the difference between how we as Christians should serve others vs what our non believing brothas and sisters do.
Application: Remember (or read Genesis 1:26, 27) that we ALL are made in the image of God. And to be a Christian is to believe in Jesus so much that you want live like Jesus. We are not perfect, but the one way we can be like Jesus is to serve, help love and be there for someone today.
Do something for someone today that you don't normally do, and pray for them to know God and experience him like never before.
