Athlete, Be a Fountain

In today's proverb, we see the two extremes for our mouths, specifically the words that comes out of them.
Challenge: Do a self assessment today and ask yourself if the words that come out of your mouth are usually a fountain of life to others. A fountain of life flows with affirmation, love, and encouragement. Who could you offer that to today?
